Enterprise Architect and Front-End/CX Lead

Greg leads the overall digital experience and the architecture that supports it.

  • Defines enterprise and front-end architecture and technical direction.
  • Leads user experience, customer experience, accessibility and interaction design.
  • Develops content structures, page layouts and quality standards.
  • Oversees the content-management experience, reusable publishing tools and editorial workflows.
  • Ensures the website remains coherent, usable and aligned with business goals.

Solution Architect & Integration Lead
